CONTEXT BEFORE PRESCRIPTION

The
Seriki System™

A practical approach for turning business strategy into workforce capability, organizational readiness, and sustained performance.

A fit-for-purpose approach to business and workforce transformation.

Never have I forced a business to fit a pre-existing formula. Every organization has its own leadership, culture, processes, systems, history, and political landscape. Those conditions matter.

My work begins by understanding context: where does the organization currently stand? Where does it want to go? And what has kept it from getting there? Only then can the right solution be designed, tested, refined, and made sustainable.

THE PRINCIPLE

Disciplined sequence. Solutions not predetermined.

The Seriki System provides enough structure to move transformation forward without ignoring the context that determines whether it will work.

THE APPROACH

From understanding the problem to embedding what works.

PROOF THE SYSTEM WORKS

The strongest workforce strategies enable the organization to execute.

The following are examples of how I've used The Seriki System™ - context, diagnosis, fit-for-purpose design, measurement, and refinement - to solve different business and workforce challenges.

01

ENERGY & LNG · WORKFORCE READINESS

Built enterprise capability for rapid, multi-site operational scale

CLARIFY THE NEED

A rapidly scaling LNG organization was building capability across three facilities at different stages of commissioning and operations. More than 1,500 Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering personnel needed consistent expectations, qualification, and regulatory readiness without losing the realities of each facility.

DESIGN AND PROVE

I diagnosed capability gaps across disciplines, aligned priorities with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, and HSSE, and designed a fit-for-purpose competency framework, apprenticeship model, and compliance-delivery strategy. The work was implemented, measured, and refined around role requirements and operating milestones.

EMBED WHAT WORKS

The resulting workforce-readiness model shifted capability building from reactive training toward a standardized, role-based system that could be applied across facilities while preserving site-specific needs.

BUSINESS SIGNALS

1,500+ personnel supported

$3M annual regulatory training cost reduction

35% improvement in time-to-proficiency

$40M capex and $5M opex stewardship

02

TECHNOLOGY & COMPLIANCE · BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION

Rebuilt a learning operation into a scalable business capability

CLARIFY THE NEED

A national safety and compliance provider needed stronger infrastructure, clearer accountability, modern products, and the operating discipline to support growth. Its team structure, workflows, systems, and 200+ product portfolio all required attention.

DESIGN AND PROVE

I first assessed how work moved through the organization and where structure was limiting performance. I realigned roles and resources, introduced visible workflows and governance, modernized the product catalog, and developed a delivery model that could respond to complex regulatory and client requirements—including New York City construction safety training.

EMBED WHAT WORKS

The redesigned function connected client need, product development, delivery, measurement, and post-launch improvement—creating the infrastructure to support new channels and sustained commercial growth.

BUSINESS SIGNALS

40,000 learners supported nationwide

70% reduction in department expense

200+ products modernized and governed

Delivery across six languages

03

FINANCIAL SERVICES · ORGANIZATIONAL PERFORMANCE

Aligned learning, leadership, and operating rhythm to growth

CLARIFY THE NEED

A national mortgage organization needed a more responsive learning function, stronger leadership capability, and better visibility into priorities, work, and accountability.

DESIGN AND PROVE

I assessed the function against the enterprise strategy, clarified responsibilities, realigned goals, and introduced agile operating practices. I also developed a competency-based leadership certification and the organization’s first apprenticeship model to address performance and talent-pipeline needs together.

EMBED WHAT WORKS

The work established a clearer operating rhythm and connected recruiting, development, leadership performance, and succession to business growth rather than treating them as separate programs.

BUSINESS SIGNALS

65% increase in productivity

Program contributed to 30% of new national business

First organizational apprenticeship model

Integrated recruiting-to-succession strategy
